2 The Sysco incentives are based on actual individual invoice
and shown as off the invoice total. Delivery Size Schedule

3 Sysco Foods SPA Private Label Brand Incentives are applicable
to Sysco SPA private label purchases and are calculated on
a quarterly basis based on the percentage of Sysco SPA private
label brand purchases, excluding certain products. The Incentive
schedule is as follows:
0.25% Incentives earned on 30%-49.99% of total Sysco brand
purchases
0.50% Incentives earned on 50%-69.99% of total Sysco brand
purchases
0.75% Incentives earned on 70% or more of total Sysco brand
purchases
4 No fuel charges are currently being charged today. Fuel
charges may be applicable at a future date and will be based
on the fuel prices.
